OK, long time since last update… again. I will finally spend the day updating with some stuff I’ve done the last couple of years.
First up: Build Cars with Edward and Arthur
On this game i did game design, all graphics and programming myself. Sound design was made by Mindfunk. I really enjoyed making this game as it’s the first game I’ve developed/tested with my own children. My oldest son would tell me what to add to the game when going to preschool in the morning, and then we tested the new features together in the afternoon! It was also fun to go all in on creating art for the game, as I usually spend most of my time coding in my commissioned work.
We recently created new artwork for the HD version of Cell – the Game by Kosabi Games Check it out here.
We created this game to illustrate a challenging working memory task and create awareness about Cogmed’s Working Memory Training which is research-based cognitive training for children with attention decifits. Go to the site and see how many mines you’re able to disarm!
I’ve just released an old pet project of mine on Xbox Live Indie Games. The goal of Junkyard Battle is to build a higher junk tower than your opponent. Use your crane claw to stack stuff and pick up power-ups to gain speed, time och concrete your tower. Single player training missions are available but make sure you try out the multiplayer battle mode!
Check it out on Xbox Live Marketplace
I’ve created three mini-sites for department store Åhlens together with Art Director Trotyl. I especially liked this site where we created a studio with dancers freezed in mid-air. It features effects like depth of field and blurred reflections but still runs quite well on slower computers, thanks to some bitmap caching and optimisations.
Play with Motion helped North Kingdom create a somewhat abstract 3d-simulation of the Toyota IQ. I created the driving simulation including the real time-3d car, car physics and merged it with pre-rendered back/foregrounds.

North Kingdom created this site for Cadbury’s mocked-up production company (responsible for example of the Cadbury Gorilla).
I coded the framework for the animated panoramas and transitions between different scenes.
